What to expect at Real Life Church?

Real Life Church strives to be a friendly, casual environment. When you arrive, you will be greeted by people who are excited to see you. While our service starts at 10:30 AM, our doors are open at 10:00 AM for coffee, donuts, and plenty of conversation!

Service on Sunday mornings is an opportunity for our church family to come together to praise God and receive a word to encourage and challenge us. We are currently led in worship by our vocal team leading with vocal tracks - we worship with a variety of music styles. Our desire is to focus our hearts and minds on Jesus every Sunday through our worship!

What should I wear?

We are most concerned, as Jesus is, about the condition of your heart and soul. Therefore, external appearance is not our primary concern. You will rarely see church leadership in a suit and tie, but you will almost always see some of our church family in a suit coat. We have a wide variety of attire seen on every Sunday and we encourage you to dress to your comfort. At RLC, we do not want you to worry about what you wear. We won't. We'll just be glad you came to join us.

Will I be asked to do anything?

Please be at ease! We will not ask you to participate in any of our service functions with which you are uncomfortable. We do have a 2-minute time after worship for greeting those around you and getting coffee or a donut, if you didn’t have a chance before service. Though there is not requirement to participate in worship, the words will be projected to allow for you to get to know the songs we worship with. We do take an offering during the service for our church family to participate in as the Lord leads, though no one ever expects our guests to feel any obligation to give. Our only desire is that you are welcomed and loved in God’s house. You are free to observe first-hand what lies at the heart of our faith.
